The Montana Increase Number of Amendments for Submission Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the November 5, 1968 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have increased the number of amendments permitted for submission at one election from three to six.[1][2]
