The Montana Investment of Public School Permanent Fund Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 8, 1938 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided for the investment and administration of the public school permanent fund as well as other permanent funds.[1][2]
