Montana Investment of Public and School Funds, C-10 (1982)

The Montana Investment of Public and School Funds Amendment, also known as C-10, was on the November 2, 1982 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have removed the restriction on investing public funds in corporate capital stock and the requirement that school fund investments bear a fixed interest rate.[1][2]
