The Montana Legislative Disapproval of Bar Admission Rules Amendment, also known as C-7, was on the November 7, 1978 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have allowed the legislature to disapprove of the rules of the Supreme Court regarding the requirements for admission to the bar.[1][2]
