Montana Levy for Technical Education, LR-109 (June 1992)

The Montana Levy for Technical Education Referendum, also known as LR-109, was on the June 2, 1992 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have enacted a two mill levy on all taxable property to fund vocational and technical education programs. The revenue from this levy would have replaced revenue from a school district levy.[1][2]
