Montana Limitation of County Indebtedness, Amendment 2 (1950)

The Montana Limitation of County Indebtedness Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 7, 1950 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have allowed limitations on county indebtedness or liability to be changed without the approval of a majority of voters.[1][2]
