Montana Limitation of Property Taxes, I-105 (1986)

The Montana Limitation of Property Taxes Initiative, also known as I-105, was on the November 4, 1986 ballot in Montana as an initiated state statute, where it was approved. The measure provided that the amount of taxes levied on certain property classes could not exceed the amounts levied in 1986.[1][2]
