Montana Personal Property Taxes, Amendment 1 (1948)

The Montana Personal Property Taxes Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 2, 1948 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided for the remission of certain delinquent personal property taxes and the cancellation of certain obligations held by counties.[1][2]
