The Montana Separation of the Bureau of Labor Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 7, 1950 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure separated the Bureau of Labor from the Department of Agriculture.[1][2]
