Montana State College Bonds, I-44 (1940)

The Montana State College Bonds Initiative, also known as I-44, was on the November 5, 1940 ballot in Montana as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have issued a bond for $850,000 for the construction, repair and equipment of buildings at Montana State College.[1][2]
