The Montana State Depository Board Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 3, 1908 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure created a state depository board to direct the depositing of state moneys in the possession of the state treasurer.[1]
