Montana State Highway Treasury Anticipation Debentures Act, I-41 (1938)

The Montana State Highway Treasury Anticipation Debentures Act, also known as I-41, was on the November 8, 1938 ballot in Montana as an initiated state statute, where it was approved. The measure authorized the issuance of debentures of $3 million and provided for the continuation of a five cent gasoline tax for the repayment of the debentures.[1][2]
