The Montana Tobacco Settlement Trust Fund Amendment, also known as C-35, was on the November 7, 2000 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure required the dedication of part of the tobacco litigation settlement money to a trust fund for the purpose of tobacco disease prevention programs and programs related to healthcare needs.[1][2]
