Montana Treasure State Endowment Fund, LR-110 (June 1992)

The Montana Montana Treasure State Endowment Fund Referendum, also known as LR-110, was on the June 2, 1992 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred state statute, where it was approved. The measure created the Treasure State Endowment Fund within the Coal Tax Severance Trust Fund by providing that half of the annual revenue that would go to the coal tax fund would be deposited into the treasure fund.[1][2]
