The Montana Voter Approval for Tax Increases Amendment, also known as CI-66, was on the November 8, 1994 ballot in Montana as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have required voter approval of any new or increased tax imposed by the state, local governments or school districts.[1][2]
