Montana Workmen's Compensation, I-7 (1914)

The Montana Workmen's Compensation Initiative, also known as I-7, was on the November 3, 1914 ballot in Montana as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have provided compensation to workmen injured in extra-hazardous industries as well as penalties for non-observance of regulations for prevention of injuries.[1][2]
