Montgomery Elmer is an at-large representative on the Kimberly Area School District school board in Wisconsin. He was first elected in 2008, and he won another term in the general election on April 4, 2017.

Elmer unsuccessfully ran as a Democratic candidate for District 1 of the Wisconsin State Senate in 2010.[1]
