Montreal, Canada, Nunavik Regional Government Creation Question (2011)
A Nunavik Regional Government Creation Question was on the ballot in the Nunavik area of Montreal, Canada, on April 27, 2011. The measure asked eligible voters in the region if they wanted a government to be formed of solely native Nunavimmiut peoples to govern over the Kativik Regional Government, the Kativik School Board and the Nunavik Regional Board of Health.[1] The measure was defeated.[2]
