Monty W. Franklin

Monty W. Franklin is an associate judge of District 5B of Iowa. He was appointed to this position in 2007.[1] He was retained in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2020.[2]

Franklin received his bachelor's degree from Iowa State University and his J.D. from the University of Iowa.[1]
Career
Prior to his judicial appointment, Franklin was an attorney in private practice. He also worked as a Wayne County attorney from 1982 to 1986.[1]
