Morgan "Chip" Welch
Morgan Welch (also known as Chip) was an officeholder of the Arkansas 6th Judicial Circuit Division 16. He assumed office on January 1, 2013. He left office on January 1, 2025.
Welch ran for election for the Position 4 judge of the Arkansas Supreme Court. He lost in the general election on March 3, 2020.
Education
Welch received his undergraduate degree from Westminster College and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas.[1]
Career
Before being elected to the bench, Welch was an attorney in private practice.[1]
