Campaign website

Henning's campaign website stated the following:

Priorities

I believe strong schools are built through collaboration, transparency, and thoughtful stewardship. These priorities guide how I approach service on the School Board and how I evaluate decisions that impact students, staff, and our community.

Students First

Every decision should support student learning, safety, and well-being. This means providing a safe, inclusive learning environment, supporting academic growth, and ensuring students have the resources they need to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Support for Educators and Staff

Our teachers and staff play a critical role in student success. I believe in supporting them with clear communication, realistic expectations, and the resources necessary to do their jobs well, while respecting their professional expertise.

Transparency and Communication

Families and community members deserve to understand how decisions are made. I value open dialogue, clear communication, and accessibility, so stakeholders feel informed and confident in the direction of the district.

Responsible Stewardship

Strong schools require careful financial planning and long-term thinking. My approach focuses on responsible budgeting, fiscal accountability, and thoughtful use of taxpayer resources, while keeping students at the center of every financial decision.

These priorities reflect my commitment to steady leadership, collaboration, and serving our district with care and responsibility.
