I’m Morgan Hurlow.

I am a boilermaker, a mother, and a Christian.

I grew up tagging along to political events with my grandfather, who taught me the importance of paying attention to the government’s roll on our lives.

  • West Virginian’s deserve to be free to make their own choices in their own lives.
  • Those in District 17 deserve to have representation that works as hard as they do.
  • Those in the district deserve to be listened to, have their views taken seriously, and accurately represented.
Pro-life

Pro freedom of speech, right to assemble
Pro constitutional carry

I’m against people being discriminated against for any reason sex, color, creed, religion, disability, or medical history, to name a few.

I’m pro living wage and prevailing wage.

West Virginia should promote business growth big and small, but not allow workers or the resources in the state to be taken advantage of.

I believe the family is the most important part of a community.
CPS, adoption process, and foster care should be reevaluated to be more efficient in keeping and placing children in safe and loving homes.

Censorship of speech has become a major issue and should be addressed to protect the speech of West Virginians. Without free speech, ideas cannot be communicated to reach the best solution in any given situation.
Firmly rooted in the principles and beliefs they ran on.
Honesty. Mercy. Strong character.
The economy recovering from the massive federal spending and inflation that will hurt families buying groceries to buying homes.
No. Representation should come from people with a variety of backgrounds and experiences, supporting those who live within the district.
I believe legislators should work together and be civil even with conflicting views. No relationship is more important than with those being represented.
Once powers are given, then they are hard to take back. People deserve to live free without their rights being taken from them. Most people are able to make the right decision most of the time.
