Morgan R. Farquhar is a judge of the Nebraska 10th District Court. He assumed office in 2022. His current term ends in 2026.

He was appointed to the court on February 11, 2022 by Governor Pete Ricketts to replace Stephen R. Illingworth.[1]
Biography
Farquhar has served on the Cambridge Airport Authority board, the Cambridge Economic Development board, and the local hospital foundation board. He established the Cambridge Community Daycare Foundation in 2019. Farquhar also volunteers with his local Scouts of America troop.[1]
Education
Farquhar earned his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law.[1][2]
