Since I was old enough to drive, I got a job working upwards of 60 hours a week every summer to afford college. After I would get home from work late at night, I would sit down at the kitchen table and start reading the news.

When Ohio was in the headlines, the reports of job losses and new laws restricting a woman's right to choose made me understand why young people were leaving our state.

Having now spent the last several years lobbying members of congress and state legislators, working on multiple campaigns, and writing policy proposals for state and local government, I believe I have the experience necessary to deliver change for our state. Our current representation in Columbus is unengaged, ineffective, and focused on an extreme agenda not supported by the majority of Ohioans. District 54 deserves a state representative who will work on restoring local government funding, student debt relief, and creating green energy jobs.

I am running to be that representative and bring a new generation of leadership to the statehouse.
  • We need to restore the possibility of the American dream for all Ohioans. If you work hard, you should be able to get ahead.
  • If we're to deliver change to Columbus, we need a new generation of leadership in the statehouse.
  • Restoring funds to local government, providing student debt relief, and building a green energy economy should be priorities of our state legislature.
Public education, green energy and climate change, and the everyday basics of local government like keeping our roads paved.
