Career
Before his assignment to the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, Smith served on the Vicinage 4 Superior Court. He was appointed to the court in 2014 by Gov. Chris Christie (R). He has also served as a general counsel with the Philadelphia Board of Education and a solicitor for the City of Camden, and worked in private practice.[1]
