A Morrow county Health Department Tax Levy Replacement question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Morrow County, which is in Ohio, where it was defeated.

This question would have authorized Morrow County to impose a replacement tax levy of 0.5 mills ($0.5 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for 10 years in order to fund the Counth Health Department.[1]
