Moses Zapien
Moses Zapien is a former member of the Stockton City Council in California, representing District 4 from January 2013 to December 2015.[1] He resigned from the council after being appointed to the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors on December 31, 2015.[2]
Biography
Zapien holds a B.S. from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from Humphreys College. His professional experience includes working as the Coordinator for Senior Legal Services at El Concilio, as an immigration lawyer with the law firm of Oh and Choi and as an attorney for the San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office.[1]
