A Mount Clemens City Property Tax Increase measure was on the August 3, 2010 ballot in the city of Mount Clemens which is in Macomb County.

This measure sought to raise the local property taxes to the previous rate of 15 mills, the current reduced rate is 13.7 mills. If it had been approved, this tax addition would have added on average $52 a year to local property taxes. The money would have been used to help with budget shortfalls though the amount would not have fully covered the deficit.[2]
