A Mount San Antonio Community College District bond proposition, also known as Measure RR (in Los Angeles) and Measure CC (in Orange County), was on the November 4, 2008 ballot for voters in the Mount San Antonio Community College district in parts of Orange County and Los Angeles County, where it was approved.

Measure RR/CC authorized the Mount San Antonio Community College District to borrow $353 million.

A 55 percent supermajority vote was required for approval.

San Antonio Community College District repair, acquire, construct, equip buildings/sites/facilities by issuing $353,000,000 of bonds at legal rates, with annual audits, citizens’ oversight, no money for administrators’ salaries, and no tax rate increase?
