Ballot question

The ballot question was as follows:[1]

Shall an ordinance be adopted to impose a Cannabis Industry Tax on the privilege of commercially cultivating, manufacturing, processing, storing, laboratory testing, labeling, packaging, distributing, or sale of cannabis and cannabis products which will raise approximately $130,000 annually to be used for general City services and which will remain in effect until amended or repealed by the City Council of the voters?[2]
