A Mount Vernon School District Levy Addition measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the Mount Vernon school district which is in Knox County.

This measure sought to add to the current school property tax by a rate of 4.6 mills for a further five years in order to help pay for emergency requirements as needed by the school district.[2]
