A Mt. Morris City Electrical Aggregation Question was on the April 5, 2011 ballot in the village of Mt. Morris which is in Ogle County.
This measure was approved
- YES 153 (64.02%)

- NO 86 (35.98%)[1]
These two cities asked residents if they wanted to allow officials to buy electricity in bulk and sell it for a lower rate than was offered. Residents and businesses were given the option to opt out of this program if they wanted to.[2]

| Shall the Village of Mt. Morris have the authority to arrange for the supply of electricity for its residential and small commercial retail customers who have not opted out of such program?[3] |
