Two Mt. Orab Village Police Levy Measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the village of Mt. Orab which is in Brown County.

Both measures were defeated

The first measure sought to add to the current police levy by a rate of 1.5 mills for a continuing period of time in order to further pay for vehicle maintenance costs and police salaries in the village.

The second measure sought to replace the current police levy with one set at a rate of 4 mills for a continuing period of time in order to further pay for vehicle and communications maintenance costs and police salaries in the village.[1]
