This measure sought to add to the current school levy by a rate of $.76 per $100 assessed property value for a continuing period of time in order to further pay for current expenses in the school district area.[2]

The question on the ballot:
| An additional tax for the benefit of the Mt. Healthy City School District, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose ofCURRENT EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding seven and sixty-five hundredths (7.65) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to seventy-six and five tenths cents ($0.765) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[3] |
