Municipal Judge Locatelli resigns

Las Cruces, New Mexico: Judge James T. Locatelli resigned from his post as Municipal Court Judge on November 20, 2010. He had served on this court since 2001. Since October of 2010, he had been suspended without pay due to accusations that he had threatened a court employee and improperly dismissed hundreds of cases.[1][2]
