Municipal court judge resigns
May 13, 2010
North Arlington, New Jersey: Judge Kenneth Del Vecchio has resigned from his position on the North Arlington Municipal Court in Bergen County, New Jersey. Del Vecchio, who is also a writer and filmmaker, was told by the New Jersey Supreme Court's Advisory Committee on Extrajudicial Affairs that he should not promote his new film, "O.B.A.M. Nude". The committee noted that the film, a political satire, was "improper". Del Vecchio resigned on May 3, 2010.[1][2]
