Travis County, Texas, held a ballot measure election on November 7, 2017. County residents voted on a $93.4 million bond for transportation and road safety projects and a $91.5 million bond for parks and open spaces.[1]

Travis County also held ballot measure elections and elections to create special districts and name special district directors on May 6, 2017. Propositions to create Emergency Services District No. 15, Municipal Utility District No. 23, and Municipal Utility District No. 24 were approved in the May election, and permanent directors for MUD No. 23 and MUD No. 24 were elected. Propositions related to special district taxes and bonds were also approved.[2][3]
