Seven Munroe Falls City Charter Amendment questions were on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Summit County, which is in Ohio, where they were all approved.
The first question amended the Munroe Falls City charter to establish January 1st as the beginning of the Mayoral term.
The second question amended the Munroe Falls City charter to define a permanent Mayoral vacancy.
The third question amended the Munroe Falls City charter to define a temporary Mayoral absence.
The fourth question amended the Munroe Falls City charter to define the Mayoral rights and obligations of the President of Council.
The fifth question amended the Munroe Falls City charter to clarify the four year term of office for those appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
The sixth question amended the Munroe Falls City charter to change the number of members of the Parks & Recreation Board to nine members with three year terms.
The seventh question amended the Munroe Falls City charter to establish that the Mayoral appointees be presented for confirmation to the City Boards and Commissions by a separate and individual presentation of their names.[1]
