A Muskegon City Levy Limit Amendment proposal was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Muskegon County, which is in Michigan, where it was defeated.
If approved, this proposal would have amended the Muskegon City Charter to authorize a levy of 10 mills, which is the current limitation, and to express this as a part of the City Charter.[1]
