A Muskegon City Rezoning proposal was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Muskegon County, which is in Michigan, where it was approved.
This proposal amended the Muskegon City Charter to rezone "Sappi Property" from General Industrial to Waterfront Marine.[1]
