A Muskingum County Mental Health Tax Levy Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Muskingum County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the County of Muskingum to renew a property tax levy of 1 mill ($1 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for 10 years in order to fund mental health services in the County.[1]
