Biography
N. Scott Phillips earned a B.S. in accounting from Virginia Union University in 1983 and a J.D. from the University of Maryland in 1989. Phillips' career experience includes working as a project director and consultant with MBDA Advanced Manufacturing Center, a managing member of N. Scott Phillips Legal and Business Consulting Services, and the federal and public sector director of Precision Task Group.[1]
