NH Courts open rules meetings to public

Concord, NH The New Hampshire courts have decided to open up the meetings of the Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Rules to the public beginning June 24, 2011. Associate Justice Robert J. Lynn, who serves as committee chair, stated "We felt citizens ought to have the opportunity to observe the operations of the committee and listen to the discussions at the meetings."[1] The committee is composed of 11 members appointed by various state agencies and meets four times a year to develop and proposed rules to the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
