Nadia Surrency is the CEO of Human Resources Management Firm. She is a highly sought-after technical HR consultant, with over 10 years of experience in the field. She has a wealth of experience providing corporations with technical HR Consulting solutions to enhance their business operations, cultivate workforce needs, upgrade technology, mitigate risks, and launch sustainable initiatives. Her clients include the world's largest and most respected organizations.
Also, she founded a 501(C)(3) approved nonprofit dedicated to youth advocacy.
She graduated from Emory University School of Law with a Juris Master degree in Business Law and Regulation focused on Labor Rights and Labor Disputes, Law and laws governing Employment Discrimination.- Rapid Payment Processing for UI Claims: As Georgia Labor Commissioner, Nadia Surrency will ensure the timely processing of all qualified unemployment insurance claims, recruit and hire added staff, and invest in modernized technology.
- Implement Technology:This goal will be accomplished by internally hiring the best information technology professionals or partnering with the most qualified information technology 3rd party vendors to update the current software systems immediately.
- Improve Customer Service:Nadia Surrency will leverage her human resources management expertise to set-up a dedicated call center to ensure Georgians phone calls are answered on the first ring.
