Nancy A. Pollard was a judge for the Superior Court of Orange County in California. She served on the court from 1997 until her retirement on March 22, 2012.[1][2]
Public admonishment
In July 2011, the California Commission on Judicial Performance admonished Pollard for violating the Code of Judicial Ethics. She was found to have made prejudiced statements in her courtroom and exceeding her authority in declaring a mistrial. To read the full admonishment, click here.
