Biography
Baskin holds a master's degree in business administration from Boise State University and a J.D. from the University of Idaho, which she completed in 1991. She was the managing editor of the Idaho Law Review during her legal studies. Baskin worked as a clerk for Senior U.S. District Court Judge Edward Lodge from 1993 until her appointment to the district court bench. Prior to the clerkship, she worked in private practice law.[1][2]
