Nancy Cornelia Wheeler (formerly Francis) was a probate court judge for the Washtenaw County Probate Court in Washtenaw County, Michigan. Her current term was to expire at the end of December 2014, but Wheeler announced that she would retire from the court due to health concerns. She retired on May 1, 2014 after serving twenty-four years as a judge.[1][2][3]
