Nancy Dixon-Saxon was a Democratic candidate for District 24 of the Maryland House of Delegates. The primary election was on September 14, 2010, and the general election was on November 2.

Dixon-Saxon faced Tiffany Alston, Clayton Aarons, Greg Hall, Carolyn Howard (incumbent), Sherry James-Strother, Michael Oputa, Byron Richardson, Michael Vaughn (incumbent) and Kenneth Williams in the September 14 primary. Dixon-Saxon was defeated by Carolyn Howard (incumbent), Tiffany Alston and Michael Vaughn (incumbent) in the Democratic primary.[1]
