Nancy L. Davis-Loomis
Nancy L. Davis-Loomis was the administrative judge on the Fifth Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County in Maryland. She served on the court from August 4, 2000 (as administrative judge from November 5, 2011) to December 31, 2013.[1][2]
Education
Davis-Loomis received her undergraduate degree from the University of Akron in 1969, her master's degree from the University of Akron in 1976, and her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1982.[2]
