Nancy M. Watkins
Nancy M. Watkins is a judge of the 21st Judicial Circuit Court in Missouri. She was appointed as an associate judge by Governor Jay Nixon on February 18, 2014, to replace retired judge Brenda Stith Loftin.[1] Gov. Nixon announced Watkins' promotion to judge from associate judge on January 12, 2016.[2]
Education
Watkins received her undergraduate degree from Washington University and her J.D. from the University of Missouri.[1]
